Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Miragon Media retains full creative discretion regarding content layout, design, scheduling, formatting, and optimization methods necessary to achieve the Client's marketing objectives. The Client agrees to provide timely approvals, requested information, brand assets, and any necessary access to websites, social media platforms, advertising accounts, or third-party services required for the performance of the contracted services. Deliverables, posting frequency, platform management, reporting, and campaign objectives shall be governed by the service package selected and any written modifications agreed upon by both parties.
